Reservoir Simulation and Reservoir Management (Computer Group Modelling (CMG)) software

These videos show a comparison between two reservoir models, namely, water flooding and carbon dioxide (CO2) enhanced oil recovery models. The reservoir is an anticline reservoir with a shallow marine depositional environment. Both case models improved the recovery factor from 15% to 67%. The water flooding model was the cheapest and had the highest carbon footprint, and vice versa for the CO2 model.
